Free Shipping

·         We offer FREE shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

·         Shipping charges are included in your order, so you don’t pay anything extra.

Advance Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

·         To confirm your order, a small advance payment of Rs. 250 is required.

·         The remaining amount can be paid on delivery (COD).

·         For COD orders, you can open and inspect your parcel before paying the remaining balance, ensuring full satisfaction with your fabrics.

Delivery Time

·         Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving the advance payment.

·         Estimated delivery times (may vary slightly depending on location):

o    Major cities: 2–5 business days

o    Rural areas: 3–7 business days

·         We use reliable shipping partners to ensure your fabrics reach you safely and on time.

Order Tracking

·         Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

·         You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Inspect Before Payment

·         For COD orders, you are encouraged to inspect your fabrics before paying the remaining balance.

·         This ensures that you are fully satisfied with the quality, color, and quantity of the fabrics.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

·         We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
